If you need to exchange or return it, here are the conditions:
You have 14 calendar days (including holidays, Sundays, and non-working days) from the receipt of your order to cancel your purchase.
To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision within the legal period. You must do this via email at garotadorio.official@gmail.com.
The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged, without signs of use, and with all extra items.
You must include in the return shipment a document with the following information:
I, ____, hereby communicate the withdrawal of order ___ dated ___.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
After we receive and verify the condition of the item(s), we will proceed with the refund via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer. The shipping cost paid initially is not refundable.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after confirmation of acceptance of the return. The credit in your bank account may take a few additional working days, depending on the financial institution.
We accept returns of products up to 30 days after the date of receipt of the order.

Currently, we do not perform direct exchanges of products. If you want a different item, you should return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted. The order will be resent to you, and the reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
